★★★★★ ****FOLLOW-UP**** Stub hub came through like Champs!!! After realizing my situation when the seller had misrepresented his tickets, Stub Hub offered my family and me another set of tickets. Through their Fan Protect Guaranteed, they found us a better set of tickets than what I had initially received. Not only did they offer a new set of tickets, but they gave us vouchers for future purchases. Thank you so much, Stub hub, for standing by your word!!!

★★☆☆☆ The fees are hidden until the very end the transaction. And there is no easy way to get a refund to go to a more transparent website. My I bought 2 tickets and the fee cost as much as a single ticket lol. So it was like I bought 3 for 2.

★★☆☆☆ Buyer beware! I purchased tickets for an event but did not receive them. Stub hub refused to refund the money despite me providing proof that they were not received. I bought a second set of tickets at the venue and was told that they have tons of issues with Stub hub and that consumers should avoid the service.
