★★★★★ Easy to use and submitted photos of receipts. For once, an insurance company actually has an intuitive and functional mobile app to submit claims.

★★★★★ Easy to set up and use. The claims were received in the account without any hassle.

★★☆☆☆ Completely broken and unusable now, ive tried closing the app multiple times, and it loads forever and doesn't allow me to do anything. Also despite checking off the "keep me signed in for 60 days" box multiple times, it still signs me out every day and I have to verify through an emailed code every time which is really annoying on the phone because the app resets when I switch to my email app to check the damn code

★★☆☆☆ Sign up experience was terrible. Don't bother signing up through the app. Sign up on a desktop. Also, the back button is disabled on Android or something, so you can only use the in-app back arrow. Feels like a poorly designed app at the first impression. If my claims go through fine, I'll update this review and rating.

★★☆☆☆ Can't switch to my health coverage from dental. I'm sure they do it in purpose to make it harder to submit any claims. At every turn this company is trying to screw its customers out of getting any use out of it.
