Never works. Can't customize sandwich unless you add to cart then go to cart and edit from there but then when yiu try to check out and pay it gets stuck on the "processing payment" screen. When I check my account there's a hold on it from subway, but the store does not have my order. Customer service says the hold will fall off in 1-3 business days, but it took 2 weeks

Google Pay doesn't work through the app and, even worse, it doesn't error out or time out, it just hangs forever. Terrible design.
