Absolutely loved this app, just finished the 21-day challenge, found the challenge and hypnosis sessions really good at helping me not to crave sugar. Before this I would not have gone a day without drinking fizzy juice or eating chocolate, but now for 3 weeks I didn't even touch them which is a great achievement for me, have restarted the challenge again and finding it much easier this time...
