★★★★★ App is fine, does work as most do. I have no idea why the reviews are so poor. I've had an issue, and it was resolved very quickly by suncorp staff who have always been helpful and happy to do so unlike many other companies support. Suncorp banking app works as intended and is fine. Conflicts may happen, I couldn't use a Chrome browser to purchase a token from KOGAN, an Australian company. It was near impossible to find a person to help, and then it was near impossible to understand him. Works!

★★★★★ Excellent telephone and mobile site support and helpful telephone staff. Just wish we had face to face branch service again. I miss the wonderful people I used to meet and the feeling of 'belonging' each time I visited my branch and others. Then it all became sterile and uncertain and finally disappeared aggressively. Such a loss to community.

★★☆☆☆ Historically has been easy to operate and a pleasant experience running through my weekly financial shuffling. My perception is that inside application advertisements have multiplied to an unreasonable amount since ANZ takeover, encouraging all sorts of suboptimal financial decision-making to bring profit to the bank (credit cards etc.) Time wasting to those seeking to optimize finances and predatory on those who have a poor handle on their expenditure. ANZ, I'm looking at you - do better.

★★☆☆☆ All accounts and card are missing from the app. Credit card was blocked for PayPal payment for no reason and no prior warning. Poor and old school credit card system online and on app.

★★☆☆☆ The Google Play can not recognize my Android phone, so I can not download and install the Suncorp Bank App.

★★☆☆☆ I'm a new client, and for 2 days now, going on 3. I still cannot access the app, it keeps saying technical error please try again.... I opened this account as it had good reviews and I needed instant access to receive funds that have this bank listed, pretty useless.
