Such a let-down compared to the previous version. I really don't know why the previous version needed to be replaced. It had one graph showing all parameters along with a corresponding graph tracking battery level. The main point is to manage my usage based on battery capacity. The previous graph showed battery level throughout the day and whether you discharged the battery overnight. You could easily see how much power is coming from the battery, the panels & the grid. This new app is useless

This app sucks. It provides minimal data on your system and how it's functioning. So when you're making less than normal solar production, you have no idea why. But if Sun run considers it normal, they won't look at your system. At least give people leasing the ability to access the data to keep their system optimized or at least the ability to use the enface app

Website payment wasn't working so got the app to pay bill. Ha, joke's on me. Can't make this work either. I will delete the app. Reviews are bad, and I was hesitant to get it even long enough to pay my bill. This app is another example of Sunrun's poor practices all around. Want solar? RUN as fast as you can from Sun run.
