★★★★★ Keeps losing Wi-Fi connection. The inverter is close to our router, and it's strong all around the house but keeps loosing connection???

★★☆☆☆ It's such a shame the app and system that sunsynk operate is awful! I want to like the app, but I just can't. The UI is very user unfriendly and that's coming from someone who builds websites and software UI. I just know the less tech-savvy users are having a terrible time trying to operate the app. The servers for Sunsynk Connect always seem to have problems or are totally down. There's never any warnings or information about planned service maintenance. Take a note from other apps!

★★☆☆☆ Since installing the app, my inverter is no longer working efficiently. Battery and grid draw setting seems to have been altered, and I can't resolve.

★★☆☆☆ I do not get notifications when there is no power nor when the power gets back from the municipality. Please sort that out.
