Just returned from a trip to Cuba. I can't thank the Sunning team enough for all the help I received on my trip from Hamilton to Varadero. On both ends, they had wheelchairs waiting for me, A special thanks to the lady in Hamilton for the last flight in dealing with myself and two other people in wheelchairs what a hard worker. Great job, keep up the good work, Sunning and Hamilton airport staff.

Poor customer service at the airport and on our return flight.we just returned from a sunning vacation in Varadero.on our flight down to Cuba we were offered pre-ordered duty-free and was told it would be on our return flight...when I boarded the plane today Dec 9, flight WG681, I asked the flight attendant for my Duty free, and she advised me that there was no duty free on board and I would have to check with sunning at the terminal.2 employees and a supervisor later and still no awnser!BS!!!!

DO NOT TRUST SUNNING WITH YOUR VACATION we have been abandoned in Mexico with 2 families and zero contact from sunning. Kicked off their transport bus at midnight with children in Mexico. Have attempted so many times of contact through the app, and it won't allow us any help. Our resort we were sent to did not have our booking. They still don't know where we are or how we're getting back to the airport! NEVER BOOK WITH THEM!!!
