No such discounts. Even my nearby store gives 17% on pedigree products. Here its only 15%. And I get 20+ percent discounts on drools. But here its only 15-16%. And medical supplies. Local stores give upto 15-20%. At this platform its only 5-8%. Waste of time. Percentages of discounts are too low. This app is only for showoff people. Dekho mere pet ka saman bhi online hi aata h. Complete waste.

This is my first time and probably will be last to order food for my cats from super tail coz they claim to get delivery in 24 hrs it has been 3 days I didn't receive cat food my cat food is already finished my cats are starving thank God I ordered immediately from somewhere else for the time being Shake hands has better service compare to super tail they deliver food next day from your order. So very disappointed from super tail the service is so poor and can't find any customer support...

I am reviewing after a few orders and horrible experiences. 1. It shows 120 mins but doesn't deliver for 2–3 days. 2. I get a call back for stupid things like there are items on my cart and what about a vet call, yet I don't get one when my order is delayed, and I try to reach them. 3. There is no way of escalation/ support on the app other than a call service which is pretty useless because they can't do anything. 4. Overall, go to the nearest pet store and get your food instead of super tails.
