The supp support team is absolutely revolting in their approach to talking to consumers of the app. I have been trying to get in touch with them for weeks with no reply. I've submitted several ticket requests online to try and get my issues with the service sorted, and I haven't heard anything back. If you would like some honest advice, go through any other hospitality agency, supp isn't worth your time or effort. If you value your time at all, try going through an agency, not this garbage.

Pretty terrible at taking responsibility wage theft by its clients. Shifts are listed by date so It's hard to see, at a glance, if the pay rate is above board with regard to penalties. They need to code in the award rates + loading like Side kicker does and provide better responses for very valid grievances with this, rather than dismissive rudeness. Unavailable shifts are still listed for some reason. Being notified when you are not picked for a shift would be great too, which isn't a thing
