Buying Bitcoin easy with Swan & wish I had signed up sooner bc I knew about the service (4 a few years) but thought it was 4 wealthy ppl. I didn't know they actually care about the average citizen & allow buys for as 'low' as $10. I also didn't know there are no fees on the 1st $10k (+ free withdrawals) & I know this sounds like an ad, but it's not & my point is I didn't bother to visit the site b4 bc I'm not rich, I lost a career bc of health issues & info on Twitter is what got me to sign up.

At first, I was a fan and recommended this app to friends. Then they locked my account without any explanation (just said it's not a result of any wrongdoing on my part) and now there are funds stuck there with no way to withdraw them. They also said my account will be unlocked in 2 months, but after 2 months it still says withdrawals are disabled and the customer support does not respond.

Beware of Swan if withdrawing USD after a sale of Bitcoin. 2 weeks and more excuses why they can't ACH my funds to my registered bank account with them.

Trying to withdraw my bitcoin, they suddenly freeze my account without notice. I have attempted to contact them, and they say 4 business days, it has been longer than 4 business days, and they have not gotten back to me. #isthisarugpull?
