Loading indicator when the app is starting would be nice. This app, from all my apps, takes the longest to load. I always have the urge to press the reload button on the startup screen. Otherwise, it's a nice app. Not super clear in all menus but good. What I really want is to only receive the confirmation of delivery notification and not all push messages or none. I want to be able to select which notification I want. Ond I only want the confirmation of delivery!

The app+services have potential, but it needs work. What's missing is the possibility of rerouting a delivery once we get a notification. It's not possible to refuse a delivery or to redirect to a locker from the app before it gets delivered a first time. The postman has to go to the address for nothing and then the next step can be taken. I originally had issues with the locker side of things, but it turns out that this was related to how my package was handled locally.

Edit: the app now doesn't force the user to use Chrome to login. Problems solved. It's unthinkable that if you have Firefox on your phone you won't be able to log in. Reinstalls, cache cleans - nothing helps. Contrary to what Swiss Post official has written, I have no energy mode on. And telling the users which browser should they use is just bad, I'm sorry.

First they don't feel like collecting the parcel from the sender in over 24h and then with a 'no vehicle delivery' they change delivery date from Friday to Monday (!). Contacting Customer Service is paid & over phone & thete's no complaint form on the web page nor in the app

They managed to put Google Ads inside the freaking post app, unbelievable...
