Nice replacement for Google photos. Nice feature to remove photos from device that have already synced. Could use improvement in the object detection area, it does not seem to update that quick, and I have got a dedicated NAS for it to run object detection algorithm.

I've been wanting to use this since I bought the nas, but its only problematic since day 1. The setup was complicated, took a few days. It only ever backed my actual photos once, then it just stopped working. I had to call a tech company, they said the software was corrupt and that I had lost all of my data. I didn't use it for a long time, maybe 6 months, now, all it does is backup my deleted items. It's been quite disappointing really, but i shouldn't complain because it's working the way they want

Stopped auto uploading. Uploads the same photo without notifying you. Now I have doubles. Will delete photos both from phone AND drive negating the entire point of having storage. No option to delete just from phone. Uploads everything, including screenshots folder. No way to turn off. Impossible to reach customer service for help. Don't recommend this product.
