A tool towards the right direction to increase communication and proactivity

This app is a great way to keep the doctor updated at all times without going into the office on a weekly basis and not to mention my insurance finally paying for my medical treatment instead of literally dishing out $300 in cash every month. However, saying that if you accidentally hit the wrong button and give the wrong answer you have to completely get off the app by closing the tab immediately. Then you go back into the app and have to start the whole process all over.

Does not work well. Difficulty geeing app to start. If & when it does start, it says finished before final reading is obtained.
