I love using the SYW Max app! You can earn points by shopping online or using your credit card in stores and then cash your points in for gift cards. It's like being rewarded for doing your regular shopping. Love it!

I thought it was worse because we could purchase stuff from a lot of stores before. Now I see we can get gift cards everywhere! I can buy stuff from Amazon, Walmart or wherever I need stuff, there's sale stuff, or I prefer stuff. This is the straight-up truth for points!!!

I love to shop and earn points. I use mostly to go to restaurants. First time ever we got turned away from a restaurant. I chose Darden Restaurants which includes several Restaurants. We drove over an hour to a Red Lobster, we got address off the Darden website. Red Lobster has not been with Darden since 2015. They refused our $70 gift card. The current list on Max, there are more than one wrong Restaurants on that list. Please update list.

Can't redeem points for gift card Uninstalled and reinstalled app, restarted phone etc. but nothing!! Keep getting message that can't redeem at this time and I have over $900 in points!!!

If you already have a syw credit card be sure to use the same email for both. This is getting old! I'm giving syw 24 hours to connect my account to my card. If not, may decide to cancel card and app both. Over the years I've tried 4 times to connect the two on my own. Spoke to someone at syw about connecting the two. Very frustrating to have points that they promote that I can use but not easy TO use. Website just points me back to the app.
