★★★★★ Love the idea and the fact you can set goals but when my phone times out when I'm on an audio section the audio cuts off and you have to start from the start again. It can get frustrating which I guess goes against what the app is there to help you with.

★★★★★ Before I downloaded this app I was contemplating ending it all. Now that I have installed this inspiring app I have finally decided to tackle my feelings. Instead of ending it all or drinking my life away and taking the easy way out, I decided to go to physiotherapy and shot my therapist 6 times in the stomach with a glock 19 as she was causing me stress. I have greatly improved my wellbeing and havent had a single shot of vodka in two days. Thank you so very much TYF for turning my life around
