★★☆☆☆ TADA severely underestimates the time needed to wait for cars. For example, it would say driver is arriving in 2 mins and almost always there would be additional 8–12 minutes wait. And perhaps once out of 5 times drivers would show up much earlier than the indicated time and users would be charged a waiting fee. The policy doesn't seem fair when the app consistently makes users wait for additional 8–12 minutes when it starts charging users for waiting fee after 3 mins.

★★☆☆☆ I have always been using ta-da and it is able to get ride faster than other app. However, how can the driver cancelled the ride and the app didn't get me a replacement ride? Waiting for 10-15min without knowing the ride is cancelled

★★☆☆☆ Advanced booking always gets cancelled presumably because they can fetch higher price elsewhere. Not the first time it happened. What's worst is when I get cancelled, app doesn't send notification.

★★☆☆☆ I haven't actually got to use it yet... The problem being that it's more expensive than bolt and even grab. I kept getting notifications for first ride for 10 baht, but when I applied the code it didn't work.
