This app has been an enormous comfort during Covid19. The feedback section is filled in by my father's carers immediately after visiting. I am then able to see how he is at each visit just by looking at my phone.

Disappointing and frustrating to use. The lack of notifications is frustrating. It is so hard to plan a day when the rota can change without us knowing. Giving the care providers the freedom to change the rota but not notifying the clients when that change happens adds so much hassle and stress to clients. It`s tantalising to see that the app settings show it supports Adobe`s PhoneGap push notifications, but never actually sends any notifications. Please, please, please sort this out.
