★★★★★ An excellent set of lessons for all levels of experience. The videos are professionally shot and edited, lots of different angles, so you can see every part of each move. The instructor (Mark) explains each move clearly. The quality of this app stands out from the rest and really does make it possible to learn tai chi online.

★★★★★ Excellent. I love this app for qi gong, hibachi, tai chi and great meditations. The video library is really comprehensive and easy to follow. You can do it anytime and anywhere. Feel a bit stressed or anxious. Pause and follow a 5-minute warm up, some breathe work and calming meditation. It's great.

★★☆☆☆ Was not aware that the whole entire app was behind a pay wall, not even a free trial week is available. Deleting app.
