Easy to use but unfortunately for musafir certificate it takes longer period to appear to 'my takaful' can you fix it? We have to wait for working days & hours to ask for musafir certificate through calling takaful or WhatsApp, it's not automatically generated, please fix the matter because the apps goes well & awesome already.

At first, with all the hype it felt like the application was good and user-friendly and I wanted to encourage others to download and support TBA. Further down the line, simply put, typing here is a WASTE OF TIME, DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS APP BECAUSE It's A TIME WASTER IF THE APP AND SYSTEM OF TBA IS DOWN It's NOT WORTH YOUR SANITY AND STRESS TO USE. FULLS TOP. Seriously, don't download this app. Just go manual to insurance companies, wait in line for the counter how It's always been done traditionally. TQ.
