Booked an early morning cab to get to the station, but didn't get notified they had no drivers available until 15 mins beforehand. I made the booking about 10 hours earlier. Unfortunately, unreliable if you have a critical time you need to travel.

Won't send a validation text to my Irish mobile, despite apparently supporting lots of international number ranges, rendering the app utterly useless.
