No longer able to view or track my order from the orders screen. It immediately takes me to the page of the restaurant I ordered, not the overview of the order. Hope they fix this soon

Badly designed software resulting in never ending waiting times when there are few drivers, and in my case no dinner plus two sets of wasted meals on the side of the restaurant (they had to recook as drivers never showed up). Takeaway customer service did the refund (it's the bare minimum), and switched off mid-conversation. Perhaps I'll order again some day from this app, once I forget how crappy it is. Also, delivery tracker doesn't actually track real time, it's just a guesstimate.

Problems with orders since last update. We used to not be able to order from business that are closed on certain days. Now you don't always see if the business is closed, you can order, pay and get a confirmation. But when it's time for the food to arrive you get a message that the order is canceled. This is not OK! If the business is closed for delivery you should not be able to make an order! This happened at least twice since the recent update. It's ridiculous!
