Works great, but initially, more than 50% of new students' requests are fake students if they give you their phone in letter mode as opposed to numbers mode. But the platform itself and customer service are top of the line! You get to talk to real human beings live! Lately, in 2023 it is virtually impossible to log in through a cellular, unless you have more than one cellular (which I do) and then whimsically, you are logged in when a prospective student sends an inquiry. If you answer, bingo!

After install, you can access the app 1–2 times, then it hangs on the login screen. You have to uninstall then reinstall. And then you get 1-2 log ins until it again hangs on the log in screen. Very annoying 😑

Login through your Google or Microsoft account is not available from the sign-in page. There is just or and then blank space, so if you created your account that way, the app is basically useless.

Hey Why Do You remove the best vocal teachers because of one student who was harassing teachers and other students as well? The teachers were protecting the students. However, TL only listened to the complainant and sided with him
