I downloaded a trial version of this, and in play store, there was nothing relating to my subscription. I wanted to cancel my trial and deleted the app. I also emailed request the trial subscription to be cancelled. Next thing I saw in play store the subscription was there, and I had been charged for a one-year subscription. I requested a refund through Google play sore, but they said my issue did not meet their criteria. How bad

Thought I was getting a monthly subscription, but no, I was charged for a year. Rip off. Also, it has no live translate and for the money it costs that is very poor. Google Translate does all that, and it's free. Cannot recommend this app. Update. Then you receive an AI response, saying please contact us, pretending to help you, and they don't.
