It takes a lot of time for them to deliver. More than an hour.and today it took 1 hour kust to confirm order and another half n hour to deliver. Overall bad experience

Almost always delayed delivery by over 3 to 4 hrs sometimes. They never provide updates on delays, no cancellation facilities, rider details are not provided, and they almost never pick up the phone, have to call 10 times to get an update. Overall a pathetic app and bad customer service, prices in the app are also wrong
