★★☆☆☆ Application not approved since more than a month. No response from their customer service team.

★★☆☆☆ Been trying for many months and keeps on saying decline. For the 3rd time I sent my iqama and Salary Cert then they said pending docs. (UPDATE: after sending many documents to them, salary cert+3 months bank+absher docs) send it to the rep through WhatsApp and app, when I check they just removed my application 🤷‍♀️ now there is no reply to that Rep 🤷‍♀️. I want only credit card for emergency purpose. So bad app. This app is for Saudi's with salary 10k 🙄🙄.
