★★★★★ Tata Play team are not taking any action when I raise a complaint to them by sending an email. It is more than a month. Even I address the mail to Nodal Officer. They are also not responding. Complaint against their service team as they have not done a proper job when I requested for multiple connections. I hope now they will attend and resolve the issue.

★★☆☆☆ It takes a whole day to add a channel sometimes it works in a phone but not on tv.earlier it was good now it has become a task to modify channels.plz look into if u care about the customers team Tata play it's enough now

★★☆☆☆ Useless app. I was asked for advance recharge as soon as I opened the app after installation. I paid, and now I am unable to view any channel. Regardless, they are deducting their daily charges of shamelessness. Spineless customer care executives are only 'all apologies' and 'big talks' beating about the bush without any solution and real help. Uninstall Tataplay connection, Go for Airtel!

★★☆☆☆ App is worse and its services are also worst. Ye log jankar tata play subscription kharab kar dete hai or fir technician BHE kar paiso ki demand karte hai. Ab smart tv kw jamane mai inko koi use nhi karta to ye Tamika Nikola hai in logo ne Kamai ka.
