Tried signing up with both a Singaporean and a German number, no SMS was sent to register. Nope, not a problem with my phone or reception, I signed up for Free Now at exactly the same time and DID get the verification code.

To avoid like the plague!! You book the ride... then they cancel it before arrive! Also one time the taxi rider came... but he got a higher offer by an indian family next to me, and he told me "sorry sir... he's a VIP customer... search another taxi".

Cannot trust you actually get a taxi.... Needed to call a taxi company last minute to get to where I needed to be. Useless app.

Scheduled 2 cans for 12pm to catch our flight to the airport. One arrived at 11:30 saying that cannot wait more than 15 mins. At 11.50 they called me to say the second taxi ride was cancelled because they couldn't find a cab available, putting my flight at risk and giving me no other solution. Not going to use them again.
