It's very convenient, I didn't have any issues with the application yet, and I stop using other purchase methods. The only thing to improve is to unify all the apps in 1. There are too many apps of tlc, and it's annoying to be jumping between apps that belong to the same company and that have the same purpose at the end.

You can't buy any ticket without creating an account (stupid but ok). You can't create an account without providing your phone number (double stupid: email not enough?) You can't verify non-french numbers: sms doesn't arrive.

It's stupid that you cannot enter letters in the post code section. The UK post code has letters in it, not just numbers.

Validation doesn't work on Galaxy S9+ so I've asked for my money back. TCL has not responded so far, I will change my review if and when they do.
