I see other users complaining about needing Bluetooth and location data, that's not the fault of the app, that's Android security settings. Device discovery over Bluetooth isn't possible without these. I bought the 2kw down flow heater, and it works great, it took me a little while to figure out how to enable schedules, but otherwise it's really easy to use. Having a phone app to turn the heater on or check the room temperature is nice, and the option to create a shortcut icon is great.

Excellent app, which is logical and easy to use. I added four smart plugs seamlessly (only needed my Wi-Fi password once!) and set up Smart routines, which worked straight away through the app and Alexa, all without any issues. Let's hope it stays that way as I'm impressed so far despite reading some of the other reviews!

I bought a "smart" fan/heater and installed this app. Apart from the app wanting permission to all-sorts of data and information, it wants your location and for you to change your Wi-Fi router to 2.4ghz. As well as all of that, the fan wouldn't connect to my Bluetooth...it's just a fan for god’s sake, not Fort Knox! My advice is to just switch the fan on manually and don't waste your time with this awful app.

The set-up didn't even work and the LED light that I brought are called smart strip lights but on the app they are called smart tape lights which doesn't even make sense terrible app

It's absolutely terrible. I can't connect anymore.(smart plug) all of a sudden connection disappeared and now doesn't connect anymore. Straight into the waste 🗑 I'm buying a different maker and don't waste your money buying this TCP absolutely useless
