★★★★★ Awesome way to communicate with son's coaches as well as other parents. Just wish there was a way to respond directly from the app or have like a chat area

★★★★★ I use the app as a sports director. It has been getting better over the years. My families like the app, others are indifferent, and some love it. As for me, it does what I need it to do, which is to have my coaches communicate with teams and check attendance. There's a lot more the app does, but that's more than enough for me.

★★☆☆☆ This app is horrible. Can't even email the team

★★☆☆☆ Not sure if it's just me, but I never receive any notifications of new messages, so I never have a clue when someone leaves messages in the chat groups and there is nothing in the settings regarding notification settings. I'm not a fan of this app.

★★☆☆☆ Administration of umpires is horrific. The process to get to the point where umpires can actually see games in the app is a nightmare and there seems to be no easy way to diagnose why umpires are unable to see games for assignment. Umpires are in the system, games are in the system, games are published, umpires are approved for ages, game type, etc., no restrictions are in place for umpires, but they still cant see games and there is no way to tell why. Terrible documentation too. Frustrating
