I want to use my Holly land Lark M2 mic to record. The app doesn't allow recording from external mic. Records crackling noise. Regardless of which mic setting I choose in settings. Any help here UPDATE: I did check settings. Tried with each setting no change

This app causes me so many headaches. The text goes invisible eventually and needs to be reinstalled to get it visible again. It will randomly decide to exit a script for no good reason right in the middle, eg if the remote has a brief disconnect, for some reason the app thinks the script should close. I also have tried to contact the company to discuss my account but never got a reply. Regret this purchase and all the hours I've wasted trying to get it to do its the most basic function.

I have paid for the subscription, but absolutely unhappy. It's still limiting me upto 1000 words limitations. I am requesting for a refund. Can you please advise whom to reach out for refund? It worked first time when I paid for the subscription, after that it's not letting me record any videos with a limitation of 1000 words

Video is grany I purchased the lifetime and its basically unusable it makes my video quality horrendous and now it's just a waste of money there needs to be a way to have settings for the camera
