Only complaint is the time wasted filling in appointment request info and images only to find out there are no appointments available. This must be repeated every time one searches for an available time slot. In BC, this can take multiple attempts over days. Easy fix: offer available appointments when they come up first, then ask us for details as to why we need to see a practitioner. It would also be amazing if the app could notify people when appointments become available.

Never any appointments available, kind of useless app since 2021 tbh.... I used to recommend to everyone, and now I don't recommend anyone use it because you can't book anything. It is easier to get an appointment by just calling walk in clinics.

This app should be discontinued if it can't accommodate people in their province. The law changed recently where if you live in Ontario for example the doctor must also be from Ontario. So if each person in their province can't even book an appointment because there are none available that would mean this app has trouble finding doctors willing to participate and pay for their services. This app needs to be discontinued.
