You need passport number, your moble phone number "but take the first two digits off" use your hotel zip code, we used our villa and fill your name in. You also need an e-mail address to activate the app. Once activated we baught 10e to use the following day, the app gives you the option on what to spend your credit on we did a day bus ticket option, use the apps QR scanner, the QR code is located on the bus till. Do not scann it on your way out just X it/cancel it then repeat for the next bus.

The app is mostly ok, but it could do with giving more information like where is the metropolitan area? I keep using a daily ticket to avoid embarrassment. The biggest problem with the app, and I'm clearly not the only person with this problem, is that the camera is set to full zoom, and you can't control it. I have a Pixel 7 pro and it scanning the qr code is always a problem

The Tits website currently makes a clear reference to this app under the banner "New Tourist Fares" - yet no one appears to have noticed the app won't allow foreign tourists to register to use it!

This app is still under maintenance or something bcmecau is just not working. Go in person and buy a ticket from the driver or a Ten+ card

Impossible to register as I don't have a spanish phone number or Zip code. Also, why is so much personal data needed (e.g. passport number) for a bus ticket?
