Trash App, in the list of paid ticket only have the previous/old ticket, if I not realize about it, I will get stuck at the gate, because of that I still need to go to the counter to ask about the problem and need to verify etc.

This app is so messed up! Every time I try to pay, it gives me an error. Then I have to email them and wait for them to fix it. Who designed this thing? A freaking intern? And what's with the facility charge and online charge? It should be cheaper to buy online since they don't have to print anything.
