Have not been able to carry out any test on my mobile app despite receiving an email. When I log on, it shows no available tests or error. I had to uninstall and install again yet same issue. Admin fix this issue

When trying to register, user is directed to webpage. Webpage returns 404 access denied error. 2 out of 2 attempts. Therefore, cannot use the app, if you cannot register on the site. All site links to register page return 404 access denied.

I eas able to register. Says to open app to start 1st test. App shuts fiwn n closes every time I out un my email and password. Going to uninstall as was a waste of time
