The process was clear, and my app was approved for production. They provided many more testers than I required as well. The only issues I had were on Google's end.

Used this App to recruit 20 testers for closed testing. Unfortunately, my application for publishing got rejected by Google for the reason that "Testers were not engaged with your app during your closed test". When I complained about this to the Testers Community team, they immediately responded and are helping me through the best practice. My app has been sent back for another 14 day testing, so I will wait and see the final results.

This idea of the app was good and was what I was searching for. I have tried both paid and free plans offered twice before and both failed because of lack of user engagement. While I can't fully blame the Testers Community for this in free plan as the opted in users failed to use the app often in the closed testing period, I definitely think they should take the responsibility of my app not getting user engagement in paid plan. Please ask your users to use the app regularly during the test.

Initially I was happy that I got 14 testers in 2 days and I waited for 14 days to get the production release option and after 14 days when I applied for production release then Google rejected it saying that testing was not done properly. I noticed that people uninstall and left the testing before 14 days. So the testing was incomplete. I would never recommend anyone this app to get the testers. I invested my 14 days and got nothing in return. Pathetic service.
