I'm not able to get into my account to retrieve my active account number when I try to open my account it tells me I'm already subscribed to line one subscription monthly text now second phone, and it tells me to manage subscription when I go to manage subscription it takes me back around to a loop where there's nothing I can do I need to know how to fix this because I have an important message that I need to retrieve from that number I cannot access my money without that number
