★★★★★ Best customer service in the world from an airline. Gold standard, noone comes close. They helped me time and time again. Always fly Thai Lion Air. They just refunded me $200 for the 3am flight I was not able to take because I had overstayed 1 day and like 30 minutes in a country. I never even got around to calling them because I figured it was lost! I am shocked. You can call and change flights too. They changed my flight for free and the staff is so nice. God Bless this company!!!!!

★★★★★ When qr code shows. I pay, and code stays in my screen. If I do 'back' it asks 'do you want to cancel the payment'. It's the only option, weird. As payment was successful and when I do, app states booking complete. Wrong English!

★★☆☆☆ So when the payment doesn't go through properly you can't actually see the booking but then you can't redo the booking because it says there's a duplicate booking, but there's not a duplicate booking so can't do anything.

★★☆☆☆ Cannot view boarding pass or bookings as it shows empty, on the profile icon shows their contact numbers instead of your profile, nearly missed my flight looking for pass. Useless App

★★☆☆☆ The app looks easy to use, but it is not. So hard to make a payment. The app needs a lot of improvement also the website.
