Poorer and poorer day by day. - The app change payment method for delivery & pick-up immediately without any notices to customer. If you don't use neither ZaloPay nor credit cards, you cannot choose delivery & pick-up features with COD anymore. - Promotions are really rare and with low discount percentage. - All the deleted bills are displayed on the main screen of the app. This annoys customers and adds no value to the user' experience.

The drinks are terrible. Elsewhere, customers are treated like kings, but here, customers are treated like dirt. Just think about it, I chose their service, but when something went wrong, they blamed someone else

Terrible design when there is a button to add to card but can't use it, too many screens to complete the order. I also hate it when you auto add the Café hòa tan into card every time, this is an action show that you don't respect your customer, trick them to buy what they didn't pick.
