★★★★★ Same-day Delivery if order is placed before 10:30. How can I not love that! Placed the order at around 9am and around 3pm it was delivered. Absolutely awesome service!!!!

★★☆☆☆ Driver attempted to deliver at 7pm. Usually couriers come before 5pm, so I had put office address. Asked to come before 5 pm the next day, they came after 5pm. Driver suggested I change delivery address, but there is no way to do so on the app. Exceptionally frustrating.

★★☆☆☆ In the beginning this was an excellent service with same day or 24 hours delivery. Now with my last order 5 days have passed and still no delivery. I'm very disappointed in your service and promises 🤬

★★☆☆☆ I was so impressed when ordering that food would be delivered so soon. Unfortunately, this was untrue, and I was stuck at work, not being able to purchase food for my pets. If I had known, I would have shopped over the weekend.
