★★★★★ Very convenient during this time of pandemic in searching for medical doctors.

★★★★★ I had difficulty in searching my doctor. I suggest that you add a feature of "previous doctor" that we can make an appointment. Or the profile picture of the doctor in the messages that we can click and make an appointment. Or fix the search feature so that we can easily find our doctor. Add a SOUND when the doctor is calling. I missed several of my appointments. I easily forgot things, and I am not on my phone always.

★★★★★ I used to get replies for appointments pretty fast. But it seems no one (the doctors) is replying for our request for an appointment. I will turn this back to 5star if this is fixed. Maybe there's a bug causing the delays?

★★☆☆☆ Disappointing application. The interface is okay, but there are a lot of things to improve: 1. The client cannot directly send a message to the Doctor using the message icon on the app. 2. Appointments made online has no follow up or cancel button. Since I had appointment today Sep. 8,2020 but the at 2-3pm, but the doctor called at after 3pm. No alarm and notification that the call started by the doctor started. 3. Client notification and reminder via SMS or email.

★★☆☆☆ I can't believe how useless this app is. I can't even message that doctor who ghost me. She even changes the appointment but still not calling me whole day. How will I know if that doc is going to call me or what.

★★☆☆☆ My doctor is calling me, but it doesn't ring it only notifies me that the call has ended. The app is useless I can't even message my doctor about the problem. THIS APP HAS A LOT OF BUGS! THIS SHOULD NOT BE USED. IT DOES NOT Serve IT PURPOSE. I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE USING THIS APP. THE DEVELOPER SHOULD REVIEW THIS APP IF IT REALLY FUNCTIONS THE WAY IT SHOULD BE.
