I love the content but with the rebranding/reversion back to The Great Courses Plus, it no longer stores my default preference of audio (as opposed to video) on my phone app. Would it be possible to update or patch that functionality, so it mimics how Wondrous used to operate?

A unique tool for lecture learning at your pace. Especially great for College students needing personal tutoring. Great variety of topics. Don't just look at basic things. Try looking up a hobby, maybe a new language, and search for an idea. But, the classes are lecture-based. It comes with a guidebook and workbook.

The content is great, but the app and price are not. Watching videos on the app is rough. I haven't used an app that plays video that works worse than TGC. Their site is better, but still not great. The price is high for how infrequently new content is added, and especially if considering the quality of the app. I really do love. The content, but it's just not worth the price, unfortunately.

The courses are great but after the latest update the app is unusable. Can't log in because the app throws up the loading screen in an infinite loop. Please fix.

Constantly losing connection or buffering to the point of being practically unwatchable. This is the only streaming app I have this issue with, so it's not something wrong with my connection. It does the same thing on their desktop website streaming platform. Maybe invest in better servers before charging people for your streaming service.
