★★★★★ I don't have any negative thoughts on the Roku app, of course it is useful, and the authentic version is the best. There are quite a few different "roku" apps that all claim to work on any brand of TV, but this one has been very reliable and easy to use.

★★★★★ It's great. I mainly use it as my remote for my devices because they have broken. I just wish it was a little bit faster to connect to the correct device. I recommend it as a great back up for anyone that likes to misplace their remotes.

★★☆☆☆ Might as well make the TV touchscreen. There's No reason for the remote, TV, Phone, casting device, ect..... all have to be connected to Wi-Fi in order to operate the damn thing. My phone can detect the TV without the TV being connected to Wi-Fi, but the remote can't detect the TV without the TV being connected to Wi-Fi. Does that make any sense?

★★☆☆☆ Has anyone ever noticed Roku rarely responds to any of our concerns ?! Why is the Monsters channel (#300) not listed in with the horror group of channels ? Next - Please improve this problem: After Favorites and a channel is selected then is changed up or down or a channel grid is brought up again, the system reverts to All Channels when it should stay on Favorites (last selected) ! It also reverts to the lowest channel number instead of staying on current channel. Big Annoyances ! Do Better !

★★☆☆☆ This app was PERFECT until you started messing with the remote UI. It sucks now! Why would you replace the volume with number pad and a TV guide button, and move them right next to the dpad? I've never used either of those buttons in my life, but I use the volume buttons all the time. And, because the volume is right next to the dpad, I can't use swipe anymore! Just an all-around terrible change. UPDATE: a few days after I made this review, it was changed back to the way it was! Thank you!

WORKS PERFECTLY FINE ON ALL APPLE PRODUCTS IPHONE, IPAD LAPTOP EVERYTHING BUT MY SAMSUNG GALAXY S9? NO MATTER HOW FAR I'VE WATCH INTO ANY MOVIE IF I LEAVE OFF TO WATCH SOMETHING ELSE OR TO TAKE A BREAK DOESN'T MATTER STARTS FROM THE BEGINNING EVERY SINGLE TIME AND IT WILL NOT NO MATTER WHAT I TRY I CAN NOT FAST FORWARD AT ALL IF I TRY STARTS FROM BEGINNING!!!
