I was a bit hesitant to download first since the first review has 1 star only, pero her issues pala is availability at that time, and having used another sm shopping app before which was so infuriating bad, but dang I was so wrong. Love the app and how simple the navigation is. And OMG I can scan items and pay them online and have them delivered to my house! Are you freaking kidding me! This is awesome! Now I will be using this app not just for events but as my main contactless shopping app.

SOME OF THE ITEMS ARE NOT DELIVERED TO THE RECIPIENT !!!! I used this app because it was used in my friend's wedding. I paid for an item, but the recipient did not received the item THAT I PURCHASED because they said it was unavailable, and the recipient was given a voucher instead! VERY CHEAP MOVE SM! SM emailed me that they received my gift order and ready to ship BUT IT'S A LIE! THIS IS FEELS LIKE A DOWNRIGHT SCAM!! DO NOT USE THIS APP!

Can't finish creating an event because you need to choose between delivery and pick-up and the only delivery areas available are in metro-manila. As if it's the only region that have SM Stores. AND the only option for the pick-up branch is SM MOA. So this app is too useless for people whoare not from metro manila. I'll just go back to the My Registry app that I used last time. So frustrating.

Can't really use the app because when you choose to log in using google account it will just open a web browser version of the gift registry site. I have no idea how to get around this problem other than to create a new account with a different email and not use Google to log in next time. Not being able to log in to the app means I can't use some of the functions available only on the app. 🤷🏻♂️

Beware! Sob rang hassle and confusing sa guest. Some of the items are not available. They will ask you to change it. I let my child choose then wala naman palang available. Why put it in the app? Now I have to find it somewhere else. Ayusin nyo yung app pag nilagay ng Client yung branch of choice nya yung lang dapat ang lalabas na choices. 😡
