★★★★★ They are simply the best when it comes to their cakes and pastries. This time I gifted a cake to my friend, and requested them to send it as a gift. The vake was delivered perfectly, they accepted my request to send a message and write a few things on the cake. Delivery was smooth and before time. The staff was cooperative and friendly.

★★☆☆☆ These app shows menu items, which are unavailable too. After you place an order and the money is deducted. They will tell you items unavailable so will deliver only which are available. And say we will provide refund. But they do nothing. Open fraud from theobroma and there store managers.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible-broma for a cake brand that is reportedly valued at Rs. 3,500 crores they cannot even get their app to work Ordered a Chocolate & Strawberry mousse cake via the app after call center informed me that whatever is listed on app is available at the store After 75 mins received a call from the store manager that the cake was not available. This is after accepting the order & supposedly making it ready for delivery (as per status on the app) Called the Helpline, but they said it was a bug
