★★★★★ i think the app is brilliant! i have very little complaints... actually just one i have to log in like every time i pop on, the auto fill feature sometimes works if its feeling up to it but mainly ive to type up everything, im only crying about it cause ive a long email address with more underscores than needed but its a pain having to log in nevertheless. the delivery/licensing of certain products (not the fault of thinkgeek) is ridiculous but 100% otherwise

★★★★★ Overall great site. I am a huge nerd and love their products. Only reason it doesn'tget 5 stars- the stupid app logs me out after about an hour. I wish it would just let me stay logged in continuously. Such a pain in the a to log in over and over especially when I just want to quickly add something to my wishlist. Otherwise, great app, great company, A+

★★☆☆☆ I ordered a pair of leather Hi-Fun Bluetooth gloves from them a couple of years ago. Right out of the box, the gloves battery wouldnt hold a charge. They work while plugges in but, even after charging for hours, the power cuts out as soon as theyre unplugged. Theyre such nice gloves and theyve been a shamefull waste, sitting in a box all this time. I never got an email back and i never ordered from them again. Honestly, they could have just swallowed the cost of sending me a new pair and i would have probably dropped hundreds of dollars on their store by now but, no matter how cool their gadgets are, who wants to buy something that won't be backed by the seller in case of defective or DOA product? I'm bummed out everytime i come across the gloves or see a ThinkGeek ad. (And if you're reading this and thinking "well that's unfortunate but shouldn't have anything to do with your rating for the app" then humor me this: no matter how clean an interface, or how navigable, isn't a great app connected to a bad store still a bad app? I'm not really asking.

★★☆☆☆ I tried to make an account with them and it won't let me create it. It keeps sending me back to the account sign up page. It didn't even let me know what I need. I could send feedback. Same problem. So I uninstalled it.

★★☆☆☆ I downloaded this app because the site wasn't mobile friendly. But the pages of the app won't load! Not even the homepage or discover tab, let alone trying to search for something else. I couldn't even submit this feedback on the app, it wouldn't send. This definitely soured me to buying from Thinkgeek this holiday season.

★★☆☆☆ Followed the website for a long time and super happy they made it an app. Now acquired by GameStop and is absolutely useless. just links to their website. Sad.
