We hired a camper van, for our trip from Perth to Exmouth and back. Everything was in the van that we needed, and it was clean, tidy and well maintained. We had no issues on pick up and drop off and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also downloaded the app and used it to look at campsite along our route. Great service all round and we would highly recommend thl.

App was the worst part of my camper van experience. We had good cellular coverage, the instructional page for the camper van kept saying "an error has occurred" while we were trying to view the instructions for how to use the camper van, the embedded YouTube videos were playing the whole app would go black and say error. Tried 3x phones. What's worse, the THL app wouldn't even let me click the video to open it in the YouTube app to actually watch it. Had to call support & wait 15 mins instead.

Very poor. 1 The app and the maps only store on my phone's internal storage. It is so large that I had to remove other items. Annoyingly it seems to be a THL requirement that I have this item. 2 There is no legend for the map unclear what the symbols mean. 3: It does not recognize my booking 4 Why can you not let me see the videos on my desktop

Found no instructions, received no response from tech support. The AUS map I downloaded is ignored by the app. Itvsays I have no data about my rental, but provides no clue on how to get the data. It is a means of accessing videos on how to use the rental vehicle, and nothing more. They are available on the rental company's web page, so this app has no real purpose that I can discern.
