You can't see any bonuses from MacDonalds in thuisbezorgd where are all the bonuses for MacDonalds in thuisbezorgd ??? I don't see any bonuses from MacDonalds only in the official MacDonalds application ! You need to do food inspection at all restaurants specially all MacDonalds & New York pizza & any big company check the kitchen & food & fridge & clean it all

I cannot get my adress to be used correctly. Somehow it will always use my adress without the street number. It is impossible to delete an adress. It is impossible to link the browser version to the app (same login, different adresses!), it is impossible to alter my adress in the browser version. And even if I select the correct adress it uses my numberless adress for the order. I am flabbergasted and deeply annoyed.

Order canceled after hour and a half. Only found that out via calling them. The app gave statuses such as 'Nearly there' which was just artificial based on expected delivery, but these updates do keep you waiting patiently. Restaurant can't be rated in the app. You get a 10 percent voucher for the canceled order, but there are no options to order any more tonight because it is too late.

When ordering a burger at KFC normally you have the option to choose with or without cheese and bacon.right now I can't order, because it requires to choose cheese, bacon or bacon and cheese and I don't want any of that. There is no option to choose a burger without those toppings.

4 different orders that got "cancelled" but when I called the 2 restaurants where I ordered, I was told that they have never gotten my order through even thoughInhad the confirmation number on the app... of course 4 orders were paid and can't begin to describe the frustration in getting the money back. What a bunch of unprofessional, ineffective and worthless app. UNINSTALLING....there are plenty other better ones!!

Food is always 30 minutes later than they say, and the search section is always full of promoted junk. The only thing it has going for it is that it isn't owned by Uber.
