★★★★★ Ticketmaster has cleaned up any bugs they previously had. The presale went so smoothly, just make sure you have your code and payment is already set up beforehand. Seriously so easy!!!

★★☆☆☆ App is horrible about tickets through Stub Hub sent them to Ticketmaster app, and it says it's unlabeled to download them in my Google wallet. Ticketmaster and Stub Hub customer services useless, so now I'm out the money I spend on my ticket. To a concert that's now sold out

★★☆☆☆ When a company forces exclusivity contracts with venues, charges outrageous fees, and doesn't respond to fix a broken app, it sounds like a time for a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. Ticketmaster app really sucks. Like many others who have reported here. I am unable to logon using the app, only on the website. When I try to refresh or update the app, I just get a black screen. For all the money these idiots get, you'd think they could code a functional app.
